Vince opened a Residential Brokerage in 2015, earned his Real Estate Broker’s License in 2012, and his Real Estate Salesperson License in 2003.

He is Residential Real Estate and a Certified Short Sale Professional with a proven 92% success on Short Sale Listing Transactions and maintains an SFR – Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification (REO) designation, awarded the Certification of Excellence 2015 – 2019 by Broker Agent, and Awarded the Reader’s Choice Award by the Monterey Herald for Best Broker and Best Real Estate Agent In Monterey and Salinas Valley.
