Bought a Single Family home in 2008 in Salinas, CA.

I bought my first house back in October of 2008. I had never dealt with a real estate agent before and I was also very uneducated as to the process of what was involved in purchasing a house. So, to put it mildly, I asked Vince a ton of questions through emails and phone calls and he responded very quickly on a daily basis. Most days I’d get responses within less than an hour.

The owner of the house that I wanted to buy had recently moved to Texas to be with family as she had Alzheimer's, so to make things even more challenging I had to deal with a conservator (her daughter) which delayed things more than usual.

Vince is very professional, accountable and explains things very clearly. This was needed as I like details, details and more details. I demanded accountability and Vince was great to work with and exceeded my expectations.
